Community Weight Management Service

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde provide a Community Weight Management Service in partnership with WW (the new Weight Watchers.) If eligible for the service you’ll receive a free 12 week WW membership providing access to a blend of in-person and online support. You will be able to attend a weekly ‘Express’ workshop for a Wellness check in with a WW coach who will support you on your weight loss journey.

12 Week Weight Management Programme

Welcome to our 12 week weight management programme. This programme has been designed for adults with a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or above, who want to be a healthier weight. You shouldn't follow this programme if you're under 18 years of age, pregnant or in a healthy weight range.
