Practice Manager

The Practice Manager manages all of the business aspects of the Practice such as making sure that the right systems and the right people are in place, at the right time, in order to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and IT (information technology). The Practice Manager supports the Admin Team, GPs and other health professionals to deliver patient services and also helps to develop extended services, enhancing patient experience and care.

Jane provides support and assistance to the Practice Manager.

Clerical/Computer and Secretarial Staff

Our highly trained Patient Co-ordinators are your first point of contact for appointments. It is their job to help you see the right person when you request an appointment. This is known as Signposting. It is not wrong to be asked why you need to see someone, it just allows you to be dealt with appropriately. Patient Co-ordinators are under instruction by the GPs to ask these questions to help with the smooth running of the practice. They will deal with all requests either over the phone or at the reception desk.

We also have computing and secretarial staff that help keep the practice running well.

Our staff cover a wide variety of duties and are skilled at multi-tasking and will endeavour to deal with you in a timely manner. Emergencies do arise, however, which may cause delays. We thank you for your patience in these circumstances.
